- I confirm that I am an authorized representative of the exhibiting company.
- I have read, understood, and agree to comply with all rules, regulations, deadlines, and operational requirements contained in the Global Data Centre & Cloud Expo Canada 2026 Exhibitor Manual.
- I understand that it is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure that all contractors, stand builders, employees, and representatives working on our behalf are aware of and comply with the contents of this manual.
- I acknowledge that failure to comply with the exhibition guidelines, venue regulations, health & safety requirements, or submission deadlines may result in delays, additional charges, restricted access, or other actions deemed necessary by the Organizer.
- I understand that the Organizer reserves the right to amend, update, or modify the Exhibitor Manual at any time. Any revised version made available through the Exhibitor Portal shall supersede previous versions.
- I acknowledge that all forms, deadlines, technical requirements, and operational instructions contained within the manual are binding unless otherwise communicated in writing by the Organizer.
- I agree that it is my responsibility to regularly check the Exhibitor Portal for updates, announcements, revised documents, or additional instructions relating to the event.
